Both prices are placeholder targets pending the founding-cohort window. Practices in the cohort lock their rate at sign-up.

What's included that other platforms charge extra for

  • BAA — covered under our AWS BAA. No per-vendor BAA chase.
  • HIPAA-compliant email + SMS — AWS SES + AWS End User Messaging. No SendGrid / Twilio markups.
  • Audit log + retention — built in, 6-year retention, append-only.
  • Patient portal + intake forms — unlimited submissions, unlimited templates.
  • Marketing site — full public site, blog, treatment pages, custom CSS allowed.
  • Storage — patient files in S3. Within-reason cap is generous; ahpts has run two years on free-tier-equivalent.
  • Stripe Connect — pay-per-transaction is on Stripe, not us. We pass through, no markup.

What you bring

  • ·A Stripe account if you want to take card payments. Direct connect — your money, your account.
  • ·A Google Workspace account if you want Google Calendar two-way visibility. We support Standard (free/busy public) and Private (OAuth) modes.
  • ·A 10DLC SMS brand registration if you want sub-second SMS reminders. We help with the application; carriers gate the timeline.
  • ·A signed BAA from any THIRD-party SaaS you choose to integrate (e.g. your billing service). ChiroFlow doesn't subcontract PHI to vendors outside AWS.
