AWS-hosted under a signed Business Associate Addendum. Audit log on every PHI access. CloudTrail + GuardDuty + WAF in front.
Patient portal
Patients sign in to see upcoming appointments, edit their reminder preferences, and (eventually) message the practice.
Per-practice branding
Each practice gets its own subdomain, address, hours, and services on the booking page. Patients see the practice name, not ChiroFlow.

ChiroFlow is operated by WellSpring Digital LLC, a software company building tools for healthcare practices. The platform is built and maintained by a chiropractor (Dr. Don Lavigne, founder of Active Health Physical Therapy & Spinal Care) who runs the same software in his own practice.
